NAT MOORE - FITNESS COACH
Nat started his martial arts career at the young age of 13 and went on to train under some of the most renowned martial arts masters in the world. He has earned numerous championship awards while competing in tournaments from the Gulf Coast to the West Coast over 16 years plus of competition.
Nat is a Master of Shotokan Karate and has studied several other styles of Martial Arts including Kyokushinka -Kan Karate, Goju-Ryu, Okinawa-Te, Tae Kwon Do and Chinese Kempo. Nat also created his own style of martial arts called Hoeru-Tora (Screaming Tiger).
As a result of Nat's professional reputation and expertise, Nat is in demand as a Certified Fitness Trainer and Black Belt Instructor both in California and Arizona.
Nat is also the creator and best known for the highly effective and successful Katacize Fitness system which not only tones the body and increases overall strength and stamina, it creates a sense of well-being as the participants gain martial arts skills while improving overall physical condition.

EXTREME SUSPENSION training is a full body workout, of resistance, fat-burning and a muscle-building exercise that develops strength, balance, flexibility, joint stability, and increases cardio simultaneously by use of two parallel straps and a blend of combat martial arts standing and floor sets. This class targets the core-group a 100% PLUS while leveraging gravity and your body weight. This is a multi-level class. Listen to your body.
Muscle Steel and Flex is a complete muscular workout with weights that consist of high reps and isolate a specific muscle group to enhance your endurance, stamina and strength utilizing a bar bell, dumbbells and rubber tubing. This is a multi-level class. To increase the intensity, you add weights to the barbell and dumb bells.

Kataflex is a workout with emphasis on core training and breathing techniques. Nat has created a blend of martial arts and yoga that focuses on animal instincts and behavioral stances. As a certified fitness trainer and martial arts master, Nat has created Kataflex based on his years of study of yoga and the principals of Eastern philosophy.
